The inspiration for Good Chop came from a trip to Boston, Massachusetts, in 1996., of one day owning their own craft brewery. After years of perfecting home brews, their first official beers were released in 2004. Good Chop employ approximately fifty people to create a wide range of beers and provide customer experiences from their bespoke brewery in Loanhead. It is their business to be a brewery. The quality of their beers should always come first, and they should push for and strive for improvement in everything they do. Always try to meet or exceed the needs of your customers and never overpromise. They stick to their word when they say they will do something.
