They were happy that someone noticed the brand! Blu Dot was founded by designers 20 years ago. They built a business to support their design habits and control the entire process from product development to customer experience. All the products they produce and sell are designed in the studio. From the very beginning, their goal was to democratize good design, to create unique designs that were cheap, top-notch in attitude, and reasonably priced. While they recognize that some people can afford it and others cannot, they strive to match the quality of their high-end European competitors in design, materials and manufacturing.
