An online platform called Mindfulness Exercises provides teachers and practitioners of mindfulness meditation with access to both free and paid mindfulness resources. In 2014, Sean Fargo founded them with the goal of assisting people to live with embodied presence, compassion, and resilience. Mindfulness Exercises can relate to themselves and others with greater wisdom and care when they practice mindfulness. They notice that their own life experiences change in positive ways as they engage the world in new ways. Their site's free and paid resources, which include guided meditation scripts, mindfulness worksheets, courses, content, and live online retreats, have helped more than 20 million people. They hope to have taught more than 20 million people mindfulness by 2023.
