Madamsew was founded in March 2017 by Mark and the brothers Richard Fiers. Their grandmother is a sewer. When they searched for gifts related to sewing online, they discovered that there are many convenient tools that people do not know. This inspired Mark and Richard to create MadamSew.com, an online store that offers carefully selected sewing tools designed to make sewing easier and more fun. Richard was a former teacher and immediately focused on providing in-depth guidance on tools sold in online stores and first-class customer service to help customers get the best help possible. Madamsew was immediately accepted and MadamSew quickly turned into a company with 10 employees and was stored in 2 warehouses (US orders in North Carolina and international orders in Guangdong province).
